• The material of the W-22 blade: from Seac's FRC technology, here is a light and reactive technopolymer that offers performance similar to carbon fibre-based composite, but eliminates the well-known problem of material fragility. The compound employed is so elastic and has such a high shape memory that, if we were to look at the blade after rolling it up on itself, it would still have its initial geometry once released, without any permanent structural deformation that would compromise its performance.
• The geometry of the W-22 blade: the blade of the SEAC W-22 fins is inclined by 22. This angle aids finning by supporting the natural inclination of the ankle. Small stabilising flaps placed at the end of the blade, at the point of greatest water flow, prevent the fin from drifting sideways without compromising the correct flex of the blade's technopolymer.
• The W-22 foot pocket material: the SEAC W-22 fins feature the famous Motus series foot pocket, known for its comfort even during long sessions in the water. The foot pocket is made of two different materials, a stiffer one on the sole to give stability and not fatigue the foot, and a softer one on the upper for maximum comfort during extended use.
